Assumption University, or ABAC as it is now known, was originally established in 1969.
It was formally established in June 1972 and accredited by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of University Affairs in May 1975. The University is a non-profit institution administered by the Brothers of St. Gabriel, a worldwide Catholic religious order, founded in France in 1705 by St. Louis Marie De Montfort, and devoted to educational and philanthropic activities. The congregation has been operating many educational institutions in Thailand since 1901. The University is an international community of scholars, enlivened by Christian inspiration, engaged in the pursuit of truth and knowledge, serving the human society, especially through the creative use of interdisciplinary approaches and cyber technology.

Bangkok University
Bangkok University is a private, non-profit institution under the patronage of the Bangkok University Foundation. Chaopraya University
Chaopraya University was established by Mr. Jaroon and Mrs. Hatai Siriviryakoon together with the executives of the Viriyalai Groups, in co-operation with 20 companies owned by the groups, including higher government and private business executive and national educators. The university was founded to answer the beliefs and needs of parents, Viriyalai students, youths and regional people. This, so that they might further their higher education, from earlier studies conducted by the Viriyalai education campuses, i.e. Nakhon Sawan Viriyalai Commercial School and Viriyalai Techno-Business School which have over 4,500 students. The above schools were chosen by the government sectors as their qualified private vocational educational institutes in Thailand.

Christian College
Christian College was founded upon a belief in the love of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for humankind without any discrimination. The College aims to develop its nursing students so as to gain knowledge and skill in the nursing profession, general education and other related subjects, sufficient for students to promote good health in their respective communities and beyond

Currently, Christian College offers nine more bachelor's degree programs in Accounting, Marketing, Management, Finance and Banking, Computer and Advertising/Public Relations, in addition to Nursing Science and offers a master's degree program in Management. Dusit Thani College (DTC) opened its doors in June 1993.
